This year is particularly special for us at Ashley Blinds & Curtains, as we celebrate two important milestones. Not only are we marking our 24th year as an independent, family-run business, but Simon & Jo are also celebrating their own decade at the helm. This journey wouldn’t be possible without the hard work and dedication of their remarkable team and the foundation laid by our founders, Martin and Vera.

Honouring Our Founders: Martin & Vera

We’re thrilled to share that Martin and Vera, who started Ashley Blinds & Curtains in 2002, are happily enjoying their well-deserved retirement. This year has been especially memorable, as Martin celebrated his 75th birthday and Vera her 70th! They continue to be a source of inspiration for us and are delighted to see the business thriving, thanks to the our team’s continued support.

One of the things we’re most proud of is our strong, diverse team. Our all-female sales and admin teams bring warmth, knowledge, and a personal touch to every customer interaction. Our skilled fitters and installers add their expert craftsmanship, ensuring each project is completed with the utmost care. Every single team member is an essential part of the Ashley Blinds & Curtains experience, embodying the values that Martin and Vera instilled in the business from day one.
